If you are a Wedd.ai user or customer, we shall notify the changes or updates either by sending an email or a notification on the Wedd.ai platform ("Platform"). Please ensure to read such notices carefully.

We implement strict access controls, encryption, and regular audits to prevent unauthorized access to, or misuse of, your information. We do not share private or personal data with AI systems. We only use anonymized and aggregated data to enhance user experience and improve platform functionality.

We do not share customer data with external entities for training purposes or for any purpose beyond the agreed-upon scope of our services. Any personal data processed is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

3.1 Vendor Data Sharing

Important Note: Wedding planners (customers) are the data owners on our platform. They have full control over what information is shared with vendors or other partners. By default, vendors do not have access to customer data unless explicitly authorized by the customer.

3.2 Third-Party Services

We may share your data with the following third-party services:

  • Google Services: For authentication and API services
  • WhatsApp Business API: For sending notifications and communications
  • Gmail SMTP: For sending emails
  • PayU: For payment processing (when implemented)
  • AWS India: For data storage and hosting (Mumbai and Hyderabad regions)
3.3 Marketing and Advertising

With your consent, we may use your data for targeted advertising and marketing purposes through email and WhatsApp communications.
